Do you ever read Fandom Wank? There's a running joke over there about people who compare silly things to rape. Accidentally reading a het fic when you ship McShep is like rape. Being linked to a Martha comm when you prefer Rose is like rape. Rowling writing Remus/Tonks instead of Remus/Sirius is like rape. Everything is like rape, except Ron/Hermione, which is like slavery (and autism, which is like Darfur).
