I just realized something when I was talking to Ori last night:

Alec met Verra when he was twenty one. They got married the same year.

Yet somehow when Alec is twenty three he has a nine year old son.

So something weird went on there.

Kind of like the infamously fluctuating age of Alexander Rozhenko? Four years old two years after he was conceived, seven when he left to live in Russia, eighteen when he showed up three years later on DS9....Either the man has a time portal or the hearty Russian air really was good for him.

Maybe he fell into an aging thingie or something. At least I have time to figure it out since none of my stuff is canonized yet.
