Thanksgiving.

We had Marie over for Thanksgiving this year. Aunt Gail couldn't make it. She had another 'episode' and wasn't up to driving. My mom thinks she just wants attention. I made pies. We had good stuffing and turkey. Everything tasted really good.
And around seven, I couldn't stay up. I was just completely out of it. I go to bed (after finishing Goodkid's Chainfire) and asleep around ten. I wake up this morning with a low grade fever feeling like shit. I spent the entire day in bed, coughing, sniffling and going pee, with occasional up episodes for pie and juice or tea (which were followed by a few bathroom episodes).
I drooled. Alot. Still am drooling. It's terrible. I just want to curl up and do the dying thing. But I spent all day doing it.
I was going to do my term paper for avian care and husbandry this weekend, but I don't know if I'll be coherent enough to do it.
Pecking away at my thesis. Near the end. Will finish it. WILL FINISH IT!!

Sorry You're Feeling Under the Weather
Date: 2005-11-26 08:24 am (UTC)Glad you had a good thanksgiving, at least before you got sick. Mine was most excellent. Made a nice break in a week of working on my novel revisions. I didn't finish the revisions, but I do have momentum!
