Look an update with content! Oooooh! Hah.

Anyway, content:

I was at work today, doing the same old boring thing when. Doooooop, the power went out. Completely dead. The entire school and library included. The staff and I just kinda sat around in the dark looking at each other. We couldn't do anything because the stacks were completely pitch dark and we only had one flash light. Also the catalouge and other stuff was on the computer. So we could do squat. Except call other people on the phone. From this we learned that practically the entire LA area was out of power. Zero, zilch, nada. Except the backup generators.

We got a few people who came wondering that, even though the power was out, did the computers work? -_-

Yeah.

The power came back on ten minutes before I had to go to class. So I got do nothing for about an hour and a half, and get paid for it! Wheee!!

I bought a box for under my bed and it doesn't fit which is stinky. Next time, check to see if it fits before putting stuff in it.

In one of my classes I was told I was going to have to do a term paper. I started thinking OHMIGAWD! not a ten-twenty page paper with research!1 Aaaargh. Then I learned it only had to be five pages. And I was like, uh...... bwah? That's a term paper? O_o

I think I've been in the English major too long. I was actually kinda sad it was so short.

If I find the time to finish my propsoal in the next couple of days I'm going to send it for a Harry Potter conference. It's going to be on Harry Potter Mary Sues. I am a sick and deprived individual. Doing this for fun.
