Today seems to be one of those days where I can't get anything done on time. It just seems to refuse to come together coherently. Or at least it's out to get me. Chaucer made a splendid mess on my floor today. One hacked up hair ball and a very large pile of poo (which he buried under a sheet of paper). I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow because they said if he doesn't get better, to come in. I'm thinking wheee there goes my next paycheck (which comes in on Thursday), but it's my responsibility as a responsible pet owner to make sure he's okay.

Got new cell phone, finally, sort of. The phones are here but I can't open them up until my brother shows up which won't be until the weekend.

charliesmom I found where to get those autism car magnets. Go to the Autism Society of America's website and from there go to the store. They're selling them for four bucks a pop. They also have those bracelet things that are so popular now for three dollars.  [/ad for Autism Society of America]

I'm trying to build up courage to talk to a friend of mine who's being abused (verbly and emotionally) by his girlfriend. I'm worried that he might think that I'm trying to break him up with the girlfriend because I used to be "interested" in him.  Lord knows everyone thought the two of us were dating before he started going out with her.

That's about it really. They're still looking for a roommate for my brother.
