A listing of today's activities.

Time it took to clean the kitchen, including sweeping: 2 hours
Time it took my dad and brother to mess up said kitchen: ten minutes of walking into said kitchen.
Time to peel potatos: Half an hour.
Time to realize that the paparkia that we use on the potatos and meat was bad: Fifteen seconds after putting it on the meat and potatos.
Time it took to get new paparkia: Another hour.
Time it took us to realize that the chicken fat was missing: right before I made the Matza balls.
Time it took us to find the missing chicken fat, which was not in the freezer: Fifteen minutes.
Time it took me to be smug that I insisted that we buy Nya fat yesterday: oh... about three seconds.
Time it took me to be disgusted with the Nyafat: Eeeh...as soon as I scooped some out.

I can't wait for the seders to be over, at least because of the prepwork invovled.
