I got Chaucer neutered today. With bloodwork, the chip and the operation I just spent all my paycheck except maybe twenty dollars. But it was for a good cause. Chaucer didn't seem to mind. We sat in the waiting room for about an hour and he was on his harness walking around. He got lots of attention from the RVTs and the people who came in. One of the people who came in was Ethan Philips, from Star Trek Voyager. He said that Chaucer was very handsome and well trained. ^_^

I got to see the Vet do his thing as well. He was really nice, explaining what he was doing. And there they were, on a paper towel...no bigger than my thumbnail... pink and bloby like a large glob of fat. And I could see the Spermatacord.

Was it wrong that I wanted to put them in a jar and take them to class?

Seriously distrubing then? Though I do admit my mom's expression was amusing when I described the opperation to her.

Oh we missed you at Thanksgiving this year. I had an extra Pumpkin pie I had to throw away because it got moldy before we could eat it.

lol, no, Kip, it's not wrong... with my morbid-ish ways, I would have wanted to do the very same thing. I might have disected them, too! ;o)
