Stupid stupid stupid.
Sep. 29th, 2004 10:45 pmWell we played Star Wars last night. And Aydin died. Quite heroically actually. Defending the shuttle in a Y wing. Blew up by a missele hitting his very damaged ship. If I was smart I would have peeled away and gone back to the shuttle. But Aydin was a hot-shot and a bit reckless. Peeling away would have been the safe thing to do. So my little scoundrel is dead. He was getting so interesting too. Ryan had created a very cool background for him and everything. Oh well. Not much I can do about it now. There are no true resurection spells in Star Wars.
And then we have the Condo. Which I may not get. See we were going to get money from the Regional Centers to help pay for the condo rent for the roommmate. The Regional Centers were created to help developmentally disabled people lead normal lives. Apparently they changed some policy last October which means something or another. The upshot being that we may not get the money and roommate in time, so we may have to rent it out so that my dad can afford the morgage. Which sucks because I found a roommate!
Stupid system always changing the rules.
Actually, no Stupid parents who abuse the system so that they have to change the rules.
We're scrambling around trying to make it so I can move into it, but September's quickly wanning to October.
