Clearly it's not been my day or two.

Saturday was good. I went over and played Star Wars with C and M. K and P and their hellion children were out at a Bar Mitzvah. Some emails passed through the group list and P seemed to finally realize that it was his children that were making me crazy and not the children. Admittedly C and M's little girl did act up some, but she didn't hit the high screaming registers that only dogs should hear. It seemed more like typical three year old behavior. Also I didn't have to watch C breast feed while sitting right next to me. o_O

One thing did mar the day. My arm itched horribly. Looking where I was scratching I discovered what looked to be an obnoxious bug bite. I tend to get those. I'm sensitive to them. Figuring if I manage to stop scratching it, it will go away, I tried to ignore it.

At home I play D&D again with some marvelous bickering between my PC and another PC. Their tension is really getting high. And will likely explode at some point. Which will be exciting.

However the bug bite was still itching like made and I made with lots of no scratching. I go to bed figuring it'll go away in the morning.

I wake up.

It has not.

Instead it has gotten bigger and redder and hotter.

Hello urgent care! Fortunately it wasn't busy. We got in and out quickly. The prognosis? Either a fungus or an allergic reaction to my medications.

Treatment? A shot in the ass and some topical cream. There's nothing like hopping around for a good ten minutes while you work out the pain in your ass.

The doctor said that if it doesn't start to get better in a day or so or I have trouble breathing go to the ER or back to urgent care. Other wise it should take a week to clear up.

Today the redness has gotten larger and splotchier, but it's not as dark red or hot. It still itches. So, I don't know if it's a good or bad thing. Also the other one I don't feel at all, so I'm wondering if that's because of the carpal tunnel or not or ...yeah
