Mar. 29th, 2008 11:42 am1. Reply to this post, and I will pick five of your icons.
2. Make a post (including the meme info) and talk about the icons I chose.
3. Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4. This will create a never-ending cycle of icon squee. Whoo!

Kitty in a box. I had taken a picture of Chaucer in a box. I was getting ready to move and he was being helpful by sitting in the box and preventing me from putting things in said box. Obviously I put this up. And obviously this led to comments about Schroeder's cat in a box experiment. Veet, who's LJ user name I can't remember at this moment then took it upon herself to make a icon in regards to this. The folks are from Heroes, which makes it even sillier.

A quote from a Lost episode. Locke had taken Ben's daughter hostage and hid in a closet. One of Ben's minions came in and Ben talked to him before sending the minion on his way. Locke wanted to know if Ben had given the minion any secret instructions because earlier Ben had done that. This was Ben's response. I found it hilarious. Veet made it for me too.

It's Terry Pratchett with a duck on his head! There's a character in his books called the Duckman who is pretty sane, except for the duck. See, he doesn't realize he has a duck on his head. So, whenever anyone asks him about the duck he goes "what duck?". This is my "crazy icon".

From a Star Trek Deep Space Nine episode where Sisko finds himself in the past -I think the fifties or sixties as a science fiction writer for a magazine. Lots of discrimination. And he sees a drawing of Deep Space Nine and is all "Wait a minute, I belong there". They think he's crazy and lock him up in a padded room, while he keeps on writing. This is just him banging his head against the wall. A good old fashioned *headdesk* But on the wall.

This one I actually made my self. *GASP* Feanor is one of Tolkien's elves from the Simarillion. He was one of the major players and really a sort of do what he says or else fellow. For a while on
deletrious I was writing little stories in the comments, where he would kill of the Sue. Feanor of course hates Sues, so they should die now. Feanor hates you. You should die now. It's my aggravated at things icon.
