• Get rotating list of magazine publishers for short stories

• Compile a list of short stories for submissions.
• Make sure they're good.

It's something to do. Gives me a deadline and generally makes me write a lot. Which is a good thing.

Ooh, you're going to do NaNoWriMo this year? Fun stuff. I tried and succeeded in it three times in a row, so I don't see much of a point in doing it again this year when I already know I can do it. So I'll be rooting for you.

Yes. I did it last year too. I use it more as a YOU MUST WRITE than a let's see if I can do it sort of thing.
