I'm closing the polls.

I'm guessing unless there's a surprise rush of votes nothing is going to overtake the Da Vinci Code. So, that'll be next.

As I'm Jewish and have only a vague working knowledge of Christianity, any insights into those aspects would be welcomed. Websites that go over those aspects would also be welcomed, after all research is an important aspect of analyzing.

And yes, Norse_man, I will be trying to check out that book too. =D

I think that the book I mentioned should be enough. It's very informative, and reasonably easy to read and reference from. It's also fairly mainstream scholarship.

P.S. Lay Christians can at times be very ignorant of their own religion. For proof of this look at the success of the "Da Vinci Code".
