- Yodeling practice at five in the morning is not allowed.
- Or at ten at night.
- Or at all.
- There will be no practicing of the violin on the roof
- even if it's practicing for a role in Fiddler on the Roof.
- Walking of cats on a leash is fine. Walking of cats on a leash on the roof is forbidden.
- Pink is not an acceptable color to paint the exterior of the walls.
- or blue
- or any other color that is not whatever the rest of the condos are painted.
- Painting the rest of the condos without the board's permission is forbidden.
- Murals are also not allowed.
- There shall be no wall climbing to reach the second floor apartments. Stairs are the only acceptable way to go.
- Rigging of a pulley system to bring things up to the second story is not allowed.
- Even if other tenants think it's a good idea.
- Clothes shall be worn at all times while in the courtyard. There are children about.
- Children will not be organized to bombard residents with water balloons.
- There will be no slip and sliding in the courtyard.
- The plants do not need to be spruced up.
- Sculptures may only be added with the board's permission.
- And only approved sculptures.
- Sword fighting at three in the courtyard at three in the morning is not allowed.
- Or at any time.
- Even if the swords aren't real.
- Lightsabers count.
- Horses are not allowed.
- Even for the day.
- Or a few hours
- Even if the resident promises to take care of them.
- Any other farm animals count.
- And while we're at it, so are macaws.
- And other loud birds.
