kippurbirdHave just destroyed my kitchen trying to make lemon merengine pie. For some reason being able to coherently make this pie escapes me. Can't make the Merengine fluffy. Have been whisking it for past half hour. Will not pile up. Tastes good though.
Accidently poured lemon part into crust too soon. Now very liquidy. Stove v. messy.
Will hope it all comes out in the oven. Or else will have to clean oven as well. :(
Still beating merengine. Arm hurts.
Have decided to rename pie Lemon disaster pie.
Have put in oven. Oven V.messy now. Will have to clean it. Hopefully won't catch on fire. Have baking soda ready just in case.
