I don't think anyone should be allowed to say things like "I've already penetrated your mind." But I suppose creepy ventriloquists would be top on that list, as well as the list of Things You Just Don't Say.

Agreed. However, creepy ventriloquists and their dummies should be forced to fight to the death every now and then. You know, just to keep the population in check and all that.
