Morbidly curious as to the sort of Fan Fics that At World's End spawned I traipsed down to the Pit of Voles.

While finding the typical Sue outings, I also discovered a fascinating piece of "Knowing what the words mean instead of blindly trusting the Spell Check".

The story is called Curse Of The BLack Purl Take Two and it's a typical Character inserted into movie fic but the spelling errors are hilarious.

She suddenly stopped running. ‘What the hell am I doing’ she thought too herself. Why on earth was she ‘ Rachel… no…no Captain Rachel Black running too help someone, when might she add, there was no profit in it for her. She started to walk again slowly. ‘ Im going soft’ she thought, been stuck hear too long. As she reached the docks she came up with the conclusion that these people were rubbing off on her, and she had too get out of hear as soon as possible. ‘Right, tomorrow im going too get a ship and go, by any means possible’ she thought.

She could see now that there was a scruffy, but very hansom, looking man standing on what was left of the boat.

Not really sure when Captain Jack Sparrow turned into a two wheeled horse drawn vehicle.

Rachel stood there in our, no one in there right mind would do that, unless… unless… could he be. Rachel carried on watching, hoping she was right.

In our what?

She saw him stop and turn onto another dock. Where Rachel new quite well stood the Interceptor. Rachel had tried and failed on many accessions to steal this fine ship, and she had an inkling that is exactly what this man wanted to do.

Exactly what rank is she trying to get which will allow her access to the Interceptor?

And it just goes on like that. I suppose I should write a review explaining what she did wrong... but not now as I'm busy laughing at her.

I suspect that "in our" was supposed to be "an hour" :-)

Those are some nice errors. :)

As far as I can tell she's for real. Isn't she fantastic? I wants to put her in a cage for display.

I wants to put her in a cage for display.

A really, really small cage. Made of fibre glass/diamond/some other indestructable material. Without any airholes...

I think I scared myself with that last sentence O.o

Oh my god, she's written a really really bad female Jack Sparrow, I think...

How could anyone spell things so badly that they allow THIS to happen? I'd almost say it was a troll but... O_o

I mean... it's just too funny. And really! 'too'? That was clearly a matter of 'not knowing' as opposed to spelling it wrong and letting spell-check fix it. I hope. XD
