Correct me if I'm wrong, but the last time I checked I have to be billed for something to know how much to pay for something.

IE: Rent @ the UJ. They are supposed to send us a bill before saying that I have until friday to pay up or they're evicting me. I mean I would happily pay if someone told me that rent was due. Or how much rent was due. You know, if someone had given me a bill or something. But that's just me.
