We cooked on a STOVE tonight!

That's the first time in Seven months that we've used a stove!

Yes! The kitchen is almost done!

Okay, I have to ask. If you didn't use the stove, then what did you eat for seven months?

You have a very short period of time to explain just what the hell you think you're doing here. (http://alec-troven.livejournal.com/95174.html)

I am not one of your fucking manufactured boogeymen for Alec. And now that I think about it, most of the stuff you did to really piss me off was basically treating me like I was just another one of your characters that you could overrule and ignore as you pleased.

Let me put it this way. I am HIGHLY COPYRIGHTED material, and using me without my permission is a truly major no-no.

So. Explanation. Now. And make it good.

Butting in here . . .

First, get over yourself.

Second, I mean it, get over yourself.

Kippur's character had a dream about your character. Big Fucking Deal. About the only person who would freak out about that would be a control freak with anal retentive tendacies.

It was a dream. Not an RP session. A Dream. It happened entirely inside someone's head. Like all RP.

Well, except for LARPer's, but they're just . . . actually, I'm not going there.

The point is, no harm, no foul. Besides, aren't the two of you not talking to each other anyway?

How about you DON'T butt in here? You have no idea of all the SHIT involved in the falling out between Kippur and I. Unless Kippur has given you every chat log and every journal link for everything I did with/said to her and her characters, you DO NOT KNOW.

How do you know she didn't?

Intresting reading, really.

Okay, she didn't, but why let facts get in the way of reality?

Incidentally, that's where I am at the moment. Reality, I mean. Kind of boring, but you know, it works.

"HIGHLY COPYRIGHTED" Girl, the only thing that makes your 'copyright' high is the size of your font. Get. Over. Yourself.

PS: Congratulations if you have a copyright on your charachter, kudos. Awesome if you have several images copyrighted giving your licensed character a visual aid and identity. Brava on your publication of stories in which your character is portrayed (and by the by, I hope you know that any work or material you've 'copyrighted' must not only be "created in fixed form" such as paper or even to a harddrive if you're so daring, but also paid for, to the government, and licensed), and even moreso if you've writen a book and it sits on the shelves of many stores. Kudos.

Buuut your alledged copyright does not bar Kippur, a fellow creator YOU role played characters between (with documented proof), from satiring your character if she makes no effort and has no intention to reap monitary gains nor noteriaty soley off of your creation. She is not slandering your character, she is not reprinting anything you yourself have written which would then need to be cited; which Kippur, with her lovely Masters in English would know I'm sure.

I also hope you realize that just because you create a character for use in an RPG does not possibly mean it can be copyrighted. If you've used such character in a book, short story, song, piece of art, or choreographed interpretive dance and have had THAT work copyrighted, then by golly it's copyrighted. But if your idea of publicaton includes several posts in which you co-create a story between two or more individuals, in which you can only copyright if the other author consents to it, then I'm sorry to say you're mistaken. If your idea of copyright is drawing a pretty picture and, officially, sending it through the copyright process and assume that protects your character et al; again, sorry. You cannot possibly copyright the IDEA of your character based on the image.

And, by the by, there are only two possible levels of copyright: Copyrighted, and not copyrighted.

Just because yooooou don't like her and don't like how she plays doesn't mean she has to get out of the sandbox.
