kippurbirdIt's my birthday today. I'm turning 33. I've had the song "It's my birthday and I cry if I want to" stuck in my head since I woke up. While I've been doing a lot of crying lately, none of it has been because it's my birthday and my boyfriend has walked out with some other girl wearing his ring.
Still, hoping good hopes and thinking good thoughts.
It'd be nice if someone I submitted to sent me a Yes we want to publish your story and give you money email today, but I'm not holding my breath.
I'm officially on unpaid medical leave as of yesterday. We'll see what that leads.
And sadly that's all there is.
To another year and may it be good and happy.
