Reading Witches Abroad last night (by Pterry). At one point Greebo is looking at masks for the ball and he picks up a ginger cat mask. Putting it on he says, "I always wanted to be ginger". My mind flashed to the Doctor when he regenerated into Ten and I couldn't help wondering if that's where RTD got it from.

On another Doctor Who point, in the season final when the Doctor regenerates back into David Tennent does that count as his eleventh regeneration you think?

I wonder too if RTD reads Pratchett. Wouldn't be at all surprised.

Most people agree that the not regeneration does not count as the 11th regeneration.

Well he stopped the regereration halfway through. Unless you mean Clone Doctor, who isn't actually a Timelord. So no, I don't think so.

I thought he'd shuffled the regen energy from his body into the hand, thus avoiding actually regenerating at all?
