I have to say, I'm only acquainted with Circle Justice due to it showing up in Judging Amy once, but don't the participants have to be members of the tribe? It makes more sense in that context. Also, if he has to change with the help of the community, why send him to an island near Alaska? How many people live there? And how will living there help him adjust to the society over here?
