I agree about Castro!Jack. WAY better without it.

I had a feeling that it was a forward flash in the beginning of the episode but then I wasn't sure. It didn't feel the same to me as all the flashbacks did.

I think it was because the window was too small. That would be my guess.

You're right. It didn't. It didn't fit with the rest of his time line. And then he kept mentioning his father, so it seemed like it was in the past.

I wonder who was in the casket. Part of me wants to say Sawyer.

I hope not, I kinda like Sawyer. Maybe it's Locke. Somebody took caps of when Jack's looking at the newspaper clipping and there's a J and they're from New York.

But who was the "he" that Kate mentioned at the airport? That's what's really bugging me.

I like Sawyer too. I would think that Locke would have stayed on the Island.

I was thinking, when she said he, it could have been Sawyer. And so I was getting flipfloppy.

Of course, the moment I saw Jack all beardy on a plane I went "Is this the future or something?" and immediately convinced myself I was wrong.

I thought for a moment he was flying back with his dad or something, but then I remembered that he crashed on that flight and he wasn't wearing a beard at the time.
