Well, we did it.
We got the Condo.
Well they accepted the counter-offer. Now we go into escrow and stuff like that.
I should be in the condo by the end of the summer.
Probably my last summer at home. About time, seeing as how I'm going to be twenty six this summer.
Will get kitty hopefully. *cosses fingers*
*points* I got a new Icon! It's from some of my deletrious posts. See I some times write about Feanor sporking Sues to death. And he uses the Mithril Spork of Eru's Doom. Some one loved it so much they made an icon!!
