They're not going to be on the campus. They'll be protesting just off of the property. And because of that they're within their first amendment rights to do so.

This is what it says on their picket schedual thing:

And as for me also, mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will recompense their way upon their head. And, behold, the man clothed with linen, which had the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, I have done as thou hast commanded me." That man clothed with linen is that same Lord Jesus Christ whom ye slew! Praise Him. AMEN!
