The ongoing Contractor saga

So, we've been having problems with our contractor in our kitchen remodel. Ie: he did a crap job, then walked off the job, then demanded that we pay him for the rest of the job. Then we had to go back and redo about ninety percent of what he did because it was such a crap job. And he says that he did about ninety percent of the job, when it was only about half way done and not done that well. And then he says he's going to take us to court for damages and other damages.

So this is where we thought he was, just threatening to take us to court.

But we got a letter on Saturday that proves other wise. What was this letter, you may ask?

It was an invitation to go onto a court TV show because the contractor was taking us to court.

Wasn't that a nice way to find out that we had a suit against us?

My dad thinks that he wasn't ever going to serve us so that way we'd be in automatic fault when we didn't show up at trial.

So the shit goes on.
